At Natural, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable home goods. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
